Are the chances of a scout observing you, more likely if you are playing for a school or a semi-pro football team?

definitely a school no matter if it is a college or high school. because schools have championships that people actually go pay to watch and its on TV. most likely scouters won't be @ a semi-pro game just because it means that it was probably past your time to play. In college you get to see big plays made by young people. they need ppl who are young and can make big money for them. semi-pro just means you just aren't enough of a big shot.

~sorry if that burst your bubble~

No brainer-school, the scouts are always watching for talent either on the High school or Colligiate level. Semi-Pro gets much less attention.
