If it is being done to you right now, ignore it and just tell someone so they know it is being done to you. If you are trying to stop it, there is barely anything that you can do but raise awareness and send out messages. I know what cyberbullying can do, I met Jeffrey Johnston, a 15 year old teenager from Cape Coral FL that committed suicide because of it. If the 'cyber bullying' gets serious contact the webpage and tell them about your problem or walk away.

Contact them first; don't be swayed by their mean spirit. Contact Yahoo about the abuse. Don't let a bully in cyber world get to you. They are not a physical threat and you can always dish back and ignore..

Depends where it is coming from.
If it is IM or Email you can just block the sender.
If it is chat, most chat rooms have an "ignore user" option.

stay off the internet or out of the chatrooms or if your being bullied by email block the address of the bully so you don't recieve any emails from them

Set up a Junk eMail 'rule' to send their email to 'junk' folder instead of your in-box.
That way you will never see them again.
