dont stop eating. and drinking a lot of water will make u bloated and make u not fit into it anymore than u do now. theres always those fad diets like the grapefruit thing thats not good for u but might be good if youre desperate. i would just go get the dress altered at a tailor or if u cant do that try a sauna wrap that like sweats all the water out of your body to sqeeze into it

you may want to workout for 2 hours an afternoon once interior the morning (on an empty abdomen) and once interior the afternoon or evening, drink a lot of water and eat vegetables and culmination. Take a nutrition on a daily basis. by technique of Saturday you should have lost the three pounds. or you may want to purchase a girdle and see if the dress will zip up with the girdle on. seem for the only which announces you'll seem 10 pounds skinnier or smaller or something like that.

A nody wrap will help you temporarily loose a few inches for a few days, but you will not be able to loose weight that fast. Try to find a spa in your area that offer the wrap and have it done on Friday.

take water pills to get out those extra pounds of water weight! other than that just eat light. try a slimmer too if none of the above work, it'll make your siloutte look nicer anyways!
you can get the water pills at wal mart or any pharmacy. take as directed

actually drink A LOT of water! The more you drink the more it goes through you. If you don't drink a lot of water then your body will hold onto it so you don't die of dehydration. Once your body knows it will be getting water it lets it go faster! hope this helps - good luck!

ex-lax and fasting. You could also go through the joys of a colon cleansing. YAY!! Unfortunately these methods do work although temporarily.

only eat one meal a day till then, and drink a lot of water !
also exercising might help too .
