Congrats. Negatives can be wrong a lot. Postives almost never are. Go see a doctor to be sure. I bet you are pregnant.

Was the first one you took negative and then the subsequent test positive? HCG builds in your body--it doubles over the course of 24 hours so one day you can have a negative and the next--positive. I would say wait a day or so, take another test and if you still are confused go back to the clinic and ask for blood test to check your HCG levels. Only then will you have a complete picture of whether or not you are pregnant. The other thing is--these tests are pretty sensitive. 1 out of 4 pregnancies don't stick--and sometimes you get the positive result before a negative outcome. You could have had what they call a "chemical pregancy".

If the results are in the exact order that you listed them in, I would have to say that it is highly probable that you are pregnant. Wait a couple of days and then do the home pregnancy test again but make sure you use the first urine of the morning because it is stronger and will have the most pregnancy hormones if you are pregnant. Also, try to avoid eating high protein foods the night before because I've heard that high protein can cause a false positive in a very small percentage of cases. whichever the most recent one is, that could be the most accurate.
If they were negative and then suddenly one positive HPT then you'd need to get blood work done because you suddenly have enough hormones to trigger a positive.
but if you had one positive and then negatives, then you had a chemical pregnancy or a faulty test.

the hpt's often have false negatives, but rarely have false positives. you are most likely pregnant. contact a doctor and get blood tests done to confirm.

False positives are rare. Wait a few days and take another one or go to the doc and have a blood test

If you got a positive result, you are pregnant. False positives are very rare, while false negatives are fairly common.

The only way you could have a positive is if your body is producing the pregnancy hormone. The only way your body produces the pregnancy hormone is if you are pregnant. You sound pregnant to me.

what did the second one say? if the first was negitive then couple days later positive then your probly pregnant the first test was just to easly to detect the hcg in you urine
