That's a hard question to answer because any answer given is ultimately subjective. My answer is this though: every country is. The current system of competing nation states will always be a threat to world peace, at least in my opinion. Regional organizations or superstates might be the answer, but even then there could still be conflict. I believe only a soveriegn world government may be the ultimate solution or perhaps the replacement of nation states with some alternative maybe corporate-states. Of course neither of these is palatable to your average world citizen.

There are at the instant 30 + wars raging interior the worldwide. In answer on your question it is an ideology not a country it is the biggest risk to worldwide peace. A study on the present conflicts defines what that ideology preaches.

not a difficult question but the answer is difficult to justify so that ppl would understand.
Its the USA without a doubt,,,,,,,,,,,Why ?
Because they have adopted the moral stance as the world peace keeper, there are lots of countries with political injustices as there are lots of countries with religious issues, every where you look politics and religion are the root cause of conflict,
The moral stance taken by the USA (and to a degree our own goverment) dictates that they will get involved to some degree, ( possibly dependent on if the oil supply is at threat )
There will eventually come a time when countries of different believes and cultures will say enough is enough, stop interfering, Big brother will over step the mark one day and feel the backlash from a united front of anti USA/GB countries,

US is bec we are not part of the World Talk... We have excluded ourselves the muscles will not work with this new world
generation. We are missing the biggest opportunity to listen to others and find out why they are hurting. We do not have the solutions to World Peace in pushing democracy when we do not practice at home. We are coming with dirty hands, and we are transparent.
