I actually don't know what your question is but if you want the article about that incident, here it is:

Sep. 25--One of the four men police said broke into an Oakland Park home last week was caught in Tallahassee over the weekend, the Broward Sheriff's Office said.

Decatuer Frank Petty Johnson, 20, was charged with felony murder because another man involved in the burglary was shot to death by the homeowner.

Johnson, of Fort Lauderdale, was arrested Friday at his brother's home in Tallahassee.

"Through their investigation BSO homicide investigators were able to track Johnson to Tallahassee and he was taken into custody," said BSO spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright.

Johnson is being held without bail in connection with the death of Jeremy Goldwire, 20.

Coleman-Wright explained that legally, Johnson is culpable in Goldwire's death because it happened while they were committing a crime.

Two other men who participated in the botched burglary are being sought by police.

On Sept. 20, just before noon, Johnson, Goldwire and two other men broke into the Oakland Park home of Richard McKinley.

McKinley, 26, heard someone coming into his house and grabbed a handgun. He ordered the burglars to leave, and when they approached him, McKinley opened fire.

Goldwire was killed instantly. The three other men fled.

"We are actively seeking any information that would lead to their capture," Coleman-Wright said.
