my partner doesnt contribute to our business like he should what should i do and we are best friends?

i have a recorded label and my partner is not actn like we are tryn to get it off the ground its like we dont even have the same vision anymore when i call him sometimes he dont answer he withdraw out our business account for family holidays and says he will pay back not to mention he has put any money towards the label and sayn that when he get a job he will,basiclly he blames every thing on him being a father what should i do?

Never mix family/friends and business. This is the situation that always ends up happening.
