This year they are calling the new episodes "Season 6 part 2" and it starts on April 8, 2007. It is not at all certain if there is going to be a season 7. Right now it looks like its going to end this year.

They haven't even filmed season seven yet. Filming starts in April.

Well I thought it was going to be march, but I saw an interview with Edie Falco and I think she said in July. We are just going to have to be on the watch for it.
