2MB to 8MB?

I am currently on the 2mb unlimited package with tiscali. I use uTorrent and usually get speeds of 20 - 60 kb/s. If i was upgrade to 8MB/s would my download speed get much faster?

On 2Mbps you should be getting closer to 200K/s if it's running full speed.

yes and no

Yes because your download speed will increase,

No because it depends on the amount off people that have the file that you are downloading and what there upload speed is.
