You should check first if your computer is on enabled, other than that I can only give you the answer to a laptop with wireless connection built-in. There is usually a small switch in front of the laptop, switch it.

if you are using a laptop it could be one of 3 things.
1) there is a small switch to switch it on or off somewhere on the laptop usually on the side or in-front.
2)on your keyboard push and hold down the Fn Key and then hit F2
3)check in network connections if your wifi connection is enabled.

Couple of factors might want to reason this. a million) The router might want to have locked up - really the lighting fixtures fixtures are on, yet no individual is at living house. Reboot the router and it would want to develop into responsive. 2) The router is secured and also you're giving it the incorrect password. i understand of various routers that, in case you're trying to connect to the incorrect password, will assist you connect, yet no longer settle for any site visitors. In different words, you'll coach as linked, yet in case you run a standing (or ipconfig), you may have a 169 address (the microsoft default) somewhat of a valid IP address.
