It depends entirely on the city and neighborhood involved. Dallas provides very good aerial images that are closely synched to the addresses. On the other hand, when I go in Google Earth to look at Ely Minnesota where my sister lives, the resolution is much worse and I can't find her house the way I can find mine.
In theory, the entire earth is probably photographed by services making products available to the public 3-4 times a year with higher population places with more purchasers being shot more often.
