The tired old saw trotted out daily by the Left: "If you believe in the war so much, you should enlist rather than debating about it online".
I guess they believe only those who are actually homeless are qualified to offer an opinion regarding social welfare programs, only those who own stock can debate a capital gains tax cut, and only teachers are allowed to have an opinion regarding education, as well.

Basically that EITHER major party (Democrat or Republican) has ALL the answers, ALL the best answers, or the "moral high ground."
People rant on here as if there should be just a "one party rule;" like one is "all good" and the other, "all bad."
That's absolute rubbish, and any mature, educated person knows it.
Immorality, greed, pleasures of the flesh - these are things to which ALL HUMANS are succeptible, regardless of color, politics, philosophy, religion, economic status.
These people who sling dung at one another - whether "liberal" or "conservative" are full of it up to their eyeballs, and they know it.
If they DON'T know it, God help them.
God help us all.
If two or more political parties can't coexist and work together and GET SOME WORK DONE for the people who pay their wages, our system of govenment is F#@ked.

That it's "the woman's body". Actually it is the baby's body that is hacked to pieces and murdered. DNA, not to mention common sense, proves that the mother and child are seperate people with seperate bodies, even though the child lives inside the mother.
It is ridiculous to discount the fact that there are 2 seperate people, and 2 seperate bodies involved in abortion. Only one of them ends up dead.

Recently: That Fitzgerald is going to smear the Vice President's office over the Plame leak by convicting Scooter Libby of perjury.
I mean, we know it was the State Department who initially talked to Novak, so why are the courts and the Plames still pursuing punitive damages from the Vice President's office? Ridiculous!

The dumbest thing to say/do is to keep the War On Drugs going and call it beneficial.
The only people benefitting from it are the traffickers, gangs, maffia, and terrorists that have a highly priced commodity to contraband.

How everyone is always questioning each other's "patriotism." They do it on both sides of the aisle. Also the John Edward's 2 Americas talk. Any class warfare talk is total B.S.

The liberal American vs the conservative American has to be the dumbest.
It seems most of the people taking one side or the other have no idea what the terms mean.

Al Gore: [ speaking slowly and in broken syllables ]
Governor Bush and I have two ve-ry diff-er-ent plans to of-fer tax re-lief to American families. In his plan, the wealthiest 1% of Americans would receive nearly fif-ty per-cent of the ben-e-fits. My plan is diff-er-ent. Rather than squand-er the su-plus on a risky tax cut for the wealth-y, I would put it in what I call a.. "lock-box."
I cracked up. I know this isn't exactly advanced but it's funny as h-e-l-l

It's like saying, I'm going to pick a fight with some nerd in high school because some how that's going to stop the guy who really wants to kick my *** from starting a fight with me.
