I know, stick a fork in Looney Tunes, it's done.

But why Tom & Jerry still? It's more racist, 'Mammy' was in every other episode before it was censored. It's also more 'violent'.

I've never seen Boomerang, and I'll probably start training children to say 'That's BS!!'. I have the DVD, I'm just wondering why it was suddenly taken off TV MORE than a couple years ago. It doesn't relate much to modern life (like Rocko) but it can be used as a history lesson, and is more Americana-y than just about any other cartoon I can think of. Kids are being deprived of an experience that truly enriched my understand of 'American Youth.'

Todays "cartoons" suck. We had all the good ones growing up. Todays are too dark, too adult and too japanese

Looney Tunes was put as a violent television show, and Tom and Jerry is now censored so they don't show you the greatest parts of it all. Isn't it BS though that they don't have looney tunes on but they can play other shows that shows stealing and stuff for kids, there was always a good part to Looney Tunes. It just makes me upset that they took that off television because it was so violet, when look at the retarded show on today that the characters hit people, and do stupid stuff in a different way!

Looney Tunes, i imagine that is more effective perfect. Tom and Jerry is tremendously humorous, yet I choose Looney Tunes considering they have more effective verbal comedy and diverse tale lines compared to Tom and Jerry which has tremendously a lot an same tale line each episode.

I agree.
Why isn't there anything worth letting your children/grandchildren watch on Sat. mornings? I miss Bugs and the Looney Toons gang. I am so tired of watching things blow-up, people shooting at each other, or inappropriate subject matter in kids shows. Has the whole world gone mad?
I miss the good old days.
