no it's not true they take money off us,council tax income tax whatever else tax. Unless you're a benefits scrounger then you get money for nothing,and a council house. Why do you think the immigrants come here. You do'nt get a lump sum or a passport you wierdo.

you are entitled to if a uk resident, child tax credit and child benefit. my son gets £39 tax credit and around £69 child benefit every 4 weeks, both myself and my husband work!

Yes, unless you work for a living, then they just tax the **** out of you to give to the bums and big business.
