Probably about the same thing that happens when capitalistic countries introduce socialistic concepts....Don't forget ...we have social security...unemployment insurance, welfare, etc right here in "river city". A pure form of any political structure seldom works without modifications.

Some react like China and make lots of money and improve life styles providing the west with incredible amounts of cheap electronics. Others will be like Russia blighted with organized crime.
