My daughter was 3 weeks over due and I tried everything and she still did not want to come out.
here are a few things that I did
Have sex
Take a long walk
sit on the washer
eat some spicey foods.

I have a 6 month old baby and I had no choice but to be induced. I wound up having to have an emergency C-section, my baby would not drop and that is because the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck twice. Induction is not bad, your doctor will not let you carry more than 1 week past your due date. Good Luck with the baby!

Lots of home remedys. Sex with orgasm (lots of it).
Eating spicy food. Curry is a good idea. Lots of walking as fast as she can. If those don't work try a really fast ride in a car down a long bumpy road or 4 wheeling in a muddy field. Snowmobiling works too.
My sister has 9 kids. My brother has 5. My younger sister 10 kids.

The baby will come when he/she is ready. I was 2 wks late..tried ALL the home remedies except castro oil..yuck..nothing happened. After several days, I gave up and just relaxed...soon after my water broke and I was on my way.
Keep in mind..your "due date" is really only a "guess date". So it could be off by a week more..

If your past your due date many doctors will have you come in and they will induce labor. I am a nursing student and just had my OB class, and that is what we learned. Call your OB-Gyne office and ask to speak to a nurse or your doctor. Good luck!

I was told to try, Sex,walking, hot bath, hot curry, foot & hand massage, eating pure pinapple, red rosey leaf tea, bumpy car ride. the pineapple, bumpy car ride and hot bath did it for me. It might work for ur friend but it may not as no 2 people are the same wish her good luck from me.
