I am just wondering, why after the war and the primary country who lead has stop intereferring the country...

I mean it guys...Escape Goat, coz they are animals escaping from being convicted too by international jurisdiction level...
Think, sadam was not tried in international level, coz, if he did, it will be adopted as a part of international law and sadaam hussein is innocient from international law, so really, they tried sadam locally, from where he killed people, and some are doing like sadam to kill some people like other presidents...not to mentioned them...and they will be hanged in to death too...

Sadam case was clear from the beginning that he will be hanged.Major countries did not oppose it as all of them want oil resources of Iraq.

Non-interference is an internal affair.
That is right.
But people want to see that justice is properly carried out when the poor old man was their president in planet of apes.
Since they don't want to listen what can we do in planet of apes?
But look at the mess they created in making a monkey out of themselves when they knew the non-interference were up to something so they make sure they were one step ahead of them and just go ahead with their monkey tricks in planet of apes.
Look at the second time round they repeat the same blunders and slip-ups with human errors for being one step ahead again.
Ever wonder why they were in such a hurry to get rid of everyone in planet of apes?
Ever wonder one of the dirty old man was right on "The wrong man"
Those monkeys were up to something they make sure they don't get caught with it but our creator expose their slip-ups in planet of apes.

Firstly it "scapegoat" not Escape Goat, that's a goat that's escaping!!!
Saddam had to be "seen" to be tried, convicted and executed by his own people. It's about appearance.
Bottom line is that as long as he was killed one way or the other, the US was not to bothered, by whom or how...
