If you have infertility issues, you can buy progesterone cream to help with that. Vitex doesn't seem to be harmful, so it's worth a try. It's just an herb, but be careful if you're taking medications and mixing herbs- you might want to check with an herbalist.

It seems to mess with the female hormones, so if you experience hair loss or heart palpitations, those are 2 signs of a hormone imbalance.
