Western transportation. But I've learned this could be a reshipping scam. Could I be held legally liable for sending and reciving stolen goods without my knowledge? And if so whats my best defense against it?

What agency should I contact about this?

Ask yourself this: is there any LEGITIMATE reason why they would be sending you things to reship? Yes, you could be in legal trouble. Stop now, and you'll probably want to put a fraud report on your own credit info and check your credit reports, since you gave your personal info to this company. They've probably taken out credit cards in your name.

Yes. You could be held liable. You could be charged with "accessory to.." whatever crime is being committed. Your best defense is to contact the authorities and ask them to investigate the company that you are working for. That way you are less likely to be charged because you would be more of a witness than an accomplice. The moment you saw or sensed something illegal going on and you decided to say something about it will protect you from criminal charges.
