Time time time is all I can tell you. Since they are literally tears you won't make them "go away". They will fade to a light silverish/white in time.

i used cocoa butter lotion during and after pregnancy. It helps moisturize the skin in order to stretch. there is an over the counter lotion (mederma maybe) that you can find in the lotion section and it says for stretch marks

The only effective treatment I know of is lasers. They should fade with time, but they'll never go away without medical treatment, unfortunately.

coco butter lotion, they make some brands just for stretch marks. It's with the rest of the lotion.

Try Cocoa Butter, also I always see ads for creams, I don't know if they work, buy I guess you can always ask for a refund if is doesn't http://www.stretch-mark.net

vitamin e break them open and rub them on the mark it takes a few weeks but works
