You certainly have the right to appeal,but i am afraid you will definitely lose the case.

The only appeal you should have is after the Judge has sent you down. If I was your Boss, I would like to know why you were not concentrating on the work you are paid to do.

If I was your boss I would have confiscated it so I could shoot it at the people who were not getting on with their job. You would not get it back until I had shot you that many times, you would not want to play with it anymore. No one gets fired, everyone has a laugh (at your expense) no harm done, problem solved.

If you are getting PAID to be at work, you have no business wasting time like that. You should be fired, not suspended. Maybe you would learn the value of having a decent job by actually working.
