Start thinking as soon as you can becuase some careers need strating early. Having said that there is no harm trying a few things to see what you like. Ignore what you have done in the past, if you really want to get into something then you'll find a way. Don't choose a career becuae its what you have fallen into.

not at all, i left my chosen career for a few months break to decide what i truly wanted to do. five years on ive had two promotions and love my job in a job that was only a stop gap. if you dont like where you end up, move on. its better to regret something youve done than something youve not!!!
