It should be fine. My daughter's dr. suggested givibg her 2 0z juice mixed with 2 oz water daily when she was 6 months old. The dr. said to use 100% juice, so I think the Naked Juice would be fine, it doesn't have any additives or anything.

no person fairly desires juice in any respect. Water is all of the hydration he desires and juice must be very very diluted and given from time to time. At 9 months he's sufficiently previous to have the occasonal cup of diluted juice yet water is all of the greater hydration he desires. He ought to nonetheless be having atleast 24-40 ouncesof formulation an afternoon besides, or breastfeeding atleast 4 cases an afternoon.

I would be really careful with that. If it has anything that is unpasteurized that could be dangerous. Infants digestive systems are not mature enough to handle that. There have been many cases of babies getting botulism from unpasteurized honey and fruit.
I wold read all of the ingredients and call your advise nurse or doctor before doing that just to be safe... you don't want to take the chance. It is always better to give babies juices and foods that are meant for babies. 100% juice is the best but unpasteurized is not OK.

I would not advice it. Naked Juice is not pasteurized and would not be safe for a baby. Give the baby a hard fruit to suck on instead. When I was pregnant my OB said that un-pasteurized products can have bacteria in them which can be potentially dangerous for fetuses, same is applied to babies under 2 years old. But if you really want to give your baby Naked juice call and ask your pediatricians nurse they will tell you for sure.

well, i think 9 months may still be a little early for juice, naked or not....but i'm not sure.
i would go ahead and give him just a bit diluted with water, maybe with lunch.
take care.

That's between you and your pediatrician. My son was breast fed, and I didn't give him juice until he was about a year old, but that was just a personal choice on my part. 100% juice diluted with water is usually suggested for formula babies around six months and breast fed babies around nine, but that varies from pediatrician to pediatrician.

It's not really necessary. Aside from not offering much nutritionally, up until about the age of 2 years old, you want babies to get most of their nutrition from their breastmilk or formula, then their foods. If they have juice or water, they tend to fill up on it and then refuse their feedings.
