I found this website for Churchills British Pub in Cancun. I haven't been there, so I don't know if its any good. The Find Us link is a bit flaky, click it a few times until it shows you the address and email address.

2nd link is for Brits in Cancun - British army discount card site with a list of nightspots popular with the army guys.
