What is right clicckon a mac please ?

Im and trying to download an mp3 nut click on it and it just streams in quicktime the instructions say right click to download but on a mac - no right click, i thought its was alt click, but thdosnt seem to work any ideas?

Apple Button CTRL + Click

I Think The New Mac Can Do A Right-Click Of You Tap The Touchpad With 2 Fingers (Not Sure Tho)
