don't know,i logged on at 10 am
and noticed the Star under the ?
and did not even notice the stars for best answer until someone mentioned it 10 min. ago

Here in Pennsylvania it started precisely this morning (Wed.) between 7:30 and 10:30.

Last night while we were all sleeping (there's a space/time contium, so it includes the whole world sleeping).
I'm still sorting out the point of the stars...looks like one more gadget to confound us. ; )
