Species - Noun 1) A class of individuals having some common characteristics or qualities; distinct sort or kind. 2) the major subdivision of biological classification, composed of related individuals that resemble one another and are able to breed amongst themselves.
In the case of the first, you are talking about two classes of individual which are by their own definition polar opposites, and the opposite of the definition of species when used in this sense.
And as neither demons or angles are biological beings, we're not going to make any headway here. In either case, the only conclusion that can be drawn from the question is "no."

Well according to the bible demons are fallen angels. I suppose you can say they are from the same species, although I don't know if species is the correct term considering they are spiritual beans.

The scientific name of demons is Ispiritus demonyitus while for angels its Ispiritus angelitus.
Therefore they belong to different species, though they belong to the same family - Ispiritus

Depends on your religion for instance Christians denounced many pagan gods to the status of either demons but they also placed many into saints,even so they claim the devil to be a fallen angel so it depends on your personal definition

According to Christianity Demons (or Daemons for our British friends) were the angles that sided with Lucifer or that took no side (and by not siding with God sided with Lucifer.) So in that light yes they would be.
