The view of Mount Snowdon from the top of Cader Idris mountain at 6 o'clock in the morning as the sun came up and the cloud level was about 200 feet below us.Magnificent and didn't have to travel half way round the planet to witness it!

That is a very good question! Do I have to pick only one?
Mmmm.....until now my favourite place has to be Yellowstone National Park...even within this park there is so much variation in scenery from waterfalls to snow capped peaks to tranquil expanses of deep blue lakes.

Hawaii....Oahu, beautiful place. I loved how it always smelled fragrant, from all the tropical flowers and such. I wish I could go back and take my husband and daughter there. Last time I went was in school many, many years ago.

Hong Kong. I did volentary work when I was in the army at an autistic school. It was wonderful to see these happy kids overcoming their immense disabilities
