you can take the LRT 2 at the recto station heading santolan and get off at cubao araneta station.. then walk heading "puregold express".. there's a jeepney station there going to libis.. if you are not very familiar with cubao area, just ask the guards in the mall or the station.. this will require you to walk 1/4 mile i guess..
another way is ride fx or jeep going to marikina or antipolo.. and just the same, get off in cubao.. just tell the driver u need to get off at puregold or the jeepney station heading libis.. this route will save you some steps..
easiest and fastest way is to take the cab.. costly though..

1. Take FX going to Cubao/Marikina. Get off infront of Mecury/Sogo Hotel Aurora Cubao and take Jeepneys going to Rosario/Junction/Life Homes,get off CITIbank libis.
2. Take MRT in Avenida/Recto Station. Get off Araneta Station, walk for about 200 meters, take Jeepneys going to Rosario/Junction/Life Homes,get off CITIbank Libis
