Loss of hair can be due to the lack of protein in your body. Some hormones can deplete your protein store as can breast feeding.

Add more protein to your diet and within a week or so you should notice a change.

Hair falling out is totally normal and will get better eventually. There is no normal time for your hormones to stabilize again - everyone's different. You'll just have to deal.

Seriously, your hormones will be screwed up for a while but if you are really concerned, I suggest that you talk to a doctor or health-care provider so you'll get some reassurance. If you are worrying about it, it can also prevent you from getting back to normal sooner.

That's totally normal. While pregnant your hair doesn't shed like it normally would. It is just catching up and it should normalize after a couple of months.

It can take months. Just chill out. It'll regulate. The more active you are, the better you eat, and the more sleep you can muster the quicker your body can get back to normal.

Everyone is different. You should see a doctor right away.
