I installed this card in my w3507-emachine,loaded 3times the driver the comp. stugghles to run i hear the hard driver running loader ?

The video card shouldn't slow down your pc, this sounds like a driver incompatibility issue. Try downloading the reference drivers directly from Nvidia support website.
