Got a few questions. Is there a roof there now?, if so do you want the existing roof removed? what type is it, What kind of a new roof do you expect. What is the pitch, how many fire places, ridges and valleys, power lines, Tvee wires and phone lines.
But since you did not give any of the important info, my answer is some where between 1 long day and 2 weeks. Is that close enough

as long as it takes to do the job right is best! a lot of variables to that question. a simple ranch roof will go faster than a cape with a lot of dormers. or a multistory. if you have a leak and that is why you are replacing it, finding the cause of the leak before putting the new roof on should be first and foremost! i have been on many a roof job that covered up a leak. this is worse because the leak continues but is slow enough to hide the damage it is doing. too many roofers slap on a new roof and bury the step flashing so that the water runs under the new roof. it's better to get one that takes the time to fix it rather than cover it faster. good luck.

A professional crew can have it reshingled in about a day. If they have to remove and replace all the decking it might take up to 5 days. A local contractor should be able to give you an accurate time frame.
