The food coloring does NOT usually effect urine color but it CAN play a PART in the Fecal matter. Have you ever DRANK so much of the Rehydrate drinks (Gatorade, Powerade)? If you have of one color you will probably notice a color change in the fecal matter.

No it will not. Before your urine is eliminated from your body, it is filtered through the kidneys. Some medications can change the color of your urine though.

skittles girl is right. tons of food that we eat every day has food coloring in it. BUT, if u drank food coloring, w/o any other food for a while, i suppose there is a CHANCE that ur pee might be that color. because with food, the coloring is mostly diluted throughout. by the way im a 16 year old male sophomore! :)

I'm not sure, but if you eat enough radishes your urine will be pink because the pigment in the radishes are concentrated enough to mask the yellow color of urine (due to the pigment urochrome). I've never proved this theory, but I learned about it when I took a physiology class.

I beg to differ. If you drink a lot of coffee your pee is kinda orange. If you drink green beer on St Paddy's Day your pee is kinda green. If you eat fresh beets you pee is pink. It would have to be quite a bit to alter the color of pee. If you feed a baby a lot of strained carrots or sweet potatoes their skin turns orange-ish, too. It all goes away fairly rapidly.
