I am using a kniffty knitting loom and I am trying to make a scarf. I have never knitted before, my first project was a hat and was succesfull. For the scarf they are telling me to knit off every other row. Hope you can help. stuck

If these are worked back and forth it means to knit one row and purl the other. If you are ending your piece it means to bind off by knitting two stitches and bringing the first stitch over the second one, knitting another and bring the previous stitch over that to the last stitch on a peg. Break your yarn, leaving a long tail and pull the tail up through the last stitch and remove it from the peg.
