They are called BULLIES, and they are cretins of the lowest sort. These people -and I use the term loosely- have low to no self esteem and they feel a need to take their misery out on others, usually weaker than they are themselves. BULLIES who get real pleasure, pleasure of a sexual nature, are SADISTS, and they become more aroused and 'happy' when they inflict physical pain on someone. Again, these cretins are lowlifes of the vilest kind and should be avoided. Unless, of course, you are a MASOCHIST and enjoy having a sadist put pain onto you.
