I like Gregory James or Nicholas Gregory (I know the first one was the opposite way of what you had planned but I think it scans better somehow... would also depend on your surname.

Cecilia is a very pretty name, but a little bit old fashioned, it might depend where you live but for a 2nd name its probably fine. It might be a bit much with Jessie, I would chose something a little simpler like Kate, Ann, Lorna or Jade.

I personally find first and middle names with similar letters come together for a very elegant name.

For example, I am Amelia Marie and my last name starting with M, and my Conrimation name will be Emiliana, which is the base of Amelia. However, when picking my name, my mom wanted something which could be shortened to a short, more modern name. For me I make Amelia Amy. Although this doesn't answer your question, Please keep these in mind when picking a name.
