More over in our country, when we compare with other developing countries govt. officials are having favourism, bribery and even some times irresponsible. Because a govt. officer who has to serve the people should have all the good accommodations good position to think right in a right way at the right time, so our govt. is providing all the needs they deserve to do good to the people. But when they possess more confort than they deserve or they need increases it will lead to irresponsibility. And when they keep interest more on earning for themselves instead of increase the interest of the country, they will be habituated to go for bribes. And when they are in a good position in society, in their family they want to get their relatives in the same position to give them good opportunities instead of serving jobs for the right or deserved person they go for favourism. And finally all these lead to the development of them and their family, but certainly not the development of the country. When those who have these qualities are eradicated I can certainly say that our country will also be in the good position as the foriegn countries. Thank you.

Who are you reffering to when you say Indian? People from Inia or Native Americans? If it's Native Americans you need to read up so you"ll shut up. We are the most disriminated people in the USA and always have been. Even know as I write the casinos on the coast of Ms are trying to keep the Native Ammericans from building there because they don't want the competition. I really hope your not talking about me.

Self righteousness of all individuals are required for a society to improve. Beneficiaries by giving bribery, will have to resolve for not paying bribe. A deep rooted malice.

The Indian govt employees should work for their salary and they should refuse to work for the bribe they get.Then they are the most cooperative persons for India's development.
