You may want to talk to your ex fiance about that but I would not see a problem with it if he agrees. Besides it is so much more convenient to have the same name as your children, less explanations regarding the difference in name.

Yes U can but it could cost U up to $1000.00 a friend of mine did this & it cost her $950 & now she isn't with the guy no more and they never had kids either she just wanted his last name

That is a great question but I do not think you can change your name well you may be able to if you can legally change your first name why not your last.

I believe you can change your name to anything you want however, you may want to really think it over before changing it to an x fiance's. You also may want to discuss it with him.

did you use a marriage cert to change your last name to his??? if so it's reverse to change it back use your birth cert. to change to your children's last name then you would have to do a legal name change which costs big bucks....
