I prefer to sit, but sometimes stand. I had surgery there and my aim is not that great so sitting is much better.

stand unless it is in the middle of the night and the lights are off and then I sit down so I dont make a mess.

I stand. It's much more convenient. Unless I'm defecating, when inevitably some urination happens too.

Depends on the time of day. At night when I get up to go, i leave the light off and sit. But any other time, its lock and load time.
