Feminism: Equality or equitable treatment of women, (and men).

If a woman, your wife, works and produces 25% more than another man or woman, should she get the same pay ?

Should she not get 25% more ?

Is not the logical need for women to be treated with equity and not merely equal to other people ?

Does not "equality", presumes or imply that we treat people equally if they are equal, and treat them unequally if they are unequal ?

To treat all people 'equally' is part of the reality of reality ?

Treating people equally, when they clearly aren't equal, is called communism.

i don't see the way it fairly is approximately feminism. This seems greater like a question of settlement and will strengthen. I do think of that human beings ought to take transport of equivalent pay for the comparable job, yet this means that a guy and a women with equivalent skills, experience, and training must be paid the right comparable quantity for the right comparable job. If the guy has better skills then he must be paid greater. If the female has better skills then she must be paid greater. i think of the will is for women to be dealt with equivalent to all human beings (adult males and ladies) and that this fairness you communicate of has not something to do with feminism, yet greater to do with wide-unfold equality (for each individual) in a undeniable job.

way overboard. The logic behind feminism is hard to understand, it's seems to go from equal to superior, and I for one find it a little disturbing so I ignore those that use it and stay away from those that try to belittle me with it.
