Can you suggest what is the best makeup remover for waterproof mascara

best mascara is Lancome Defincils. A less expensive alternate would be pretty much any made by Maybelline.
Best make up remover is made by Ponds. This is the one with vitamin e and grapeseed oil. Put this on a cotton ball and eye make up wipes off in the first swipe most of the time. No rubbing needed, which is important in this delicate area.

I like a variety of mascaras. I mostly use Clinique High Impact, Lancome L'Extreme and Avon Daring curves. I've tried several make-up removers but the one I like the best is the Clarins Gentle Eye Make-up remover. It works great and it's good for people who have sensitvie eyes or who wear contact lenses. It also smells great. Hope you'll give it a try sometime. Good luck!

Clinique eye makeup remover works really well - they have a few and they all work. One is in a blue bottle and is called "take the day off" (I think). It takes off makeup I didn't even know I had one, and trust me, I use a lot of mascara.

i dont know about mascara, i buy mine from Mac cosmetics and it works great, remember mascara goes bad after a few months, and obviously the more you pay for it the better quality it will be.
As for eye makeup remover, my grandmother has been sending me Avon eye makeup remover since I was a pre teen and it also works great, a little blob on some tissue and the makeup just wipes away, its a little greasy afterward so i just wash my face with my regular soap after to even out my skin again.

The best mascara I have trie d and it doesnt clump or smudge is Bobbi Brown "Everything Mascara and the best eye remover is Almay gel. It take s makeup off in one sweep. Good Luck to you

I personally use Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover. It works really good and natually moisturizes the eye area, which can get really dry.

Mary Kay has eye makeup remover, and it's not oily. It works so good, and it's 100% guaranteed but you will like it.

Believe it or not, the Wal-mart brand eye make up remover is AWESOME! I use to pay 60.00 for a brand name and it wasn't that great. When I traveled to Canada to visit my niece she only had the Wal-mart brand and I forgot mine at home, when I used it, I loved it. I think it's $2.93 a bottle.
