My boyfriend went away to cape town for two months. His been gone for two weeks and the paranoia is starting to set in... everyone ive spoken to says his messing around although he assures me his not. I'm pritty sure he has never cheated on me befor but hey how can i really be sure any ideas on how to find out if he really is doing the deed in the mother city

If you trust him so little and are willing to let others make up your mind for you, why bother? This relationship died long ago. Do the guy a favor and bury it already..he is the one who is going to be hurt. Look deep within yourself before entering any more relationships..what is it that you really want? Are you judging him because of what someone else has done to you? Read A Course in Miracles if you can't find the answers, or are too afraid to admit it to yourself. Follow ur gut feeling. If there is reason not to trust him then it isn't worth putting yourself through this. If he hasn't cheated with u but u know he has, for sure, with others. Well, once a cheater always a cheater. If he hasn't cheated on others that u know of and you are feeling insecure for some reason, then it is time to talk to him about how u r feeling.

Sorry to have to say this but is it worth being with someone you can't trust. Either pull yourself together and trust the guy or move on. It sounds like your insecure.
Ask yourself this, Who are the people telling you he is messing around? and why would they say it?

short of flying over there and hiding out in disguise you never will know hun - you have to go with your gut instinct on this.
Talk to him - tell him you're hearing these stories and you are wondering why people are saying these things - you should be able to determine if hes lying by the tone of his voice

well i way that you will know is if you follow your heart and really make sure that you know what are you saying make. also talk to him tell him how you feel and never ever ex used him of cheated on you that one things boys don't like

if people are saying he is and you are suspicious odds are it could be true. Don't waste your time worrying - confront him and if you dont believe his response dont hang around! There are plenty more where THAT came from! :) good luck to ya
