Excellent question, and the answers are unfortunately nearly infinite. The most notable name is Christian, in a company that revolves around mic skills, he should have been the world champions multiple times. He is probably the only superstar who can make you laugh everytime he opens his mouth. Furthermore his matches are very fun to watch. Have you ever noticed the maniacal expression he has anytime he does an armdrag takedown into the armbar. As soon as he locks the armbar in he acts as if he has lost his mind (think Bob Backlund and the crossface chickenwing). To apply such enthusiasm and "charisma" to a basic 1983 Ricky Morton hot tag special armdrag really tickles the heaven out of me. Owen Hart God bless his soul was on the rise and may have reached the plateau had he not passed before Bret and WWE fell apart. With Bret moving on, Owen may have been in the mix with Rock and Stone Cold. Renee Dupree and Rob Conway could have been Edge and Christian like as La Resistance had the tag division been reduced to a footnote. Carlito for a period was the most athletic and most fun to watch (before the return of Jeff Hardy and rise of Nitro) and his mic skills were adequate. Grant it....his character is missing something, he could have had main event status, he has already had a successful feud with Cena. Chris Masters is near the top of the underused heap. Everyone knows Vince places top notch emphasis on physique as well as mic skills, Masters has one of the two. Oh yeah Brock Lesnar had one of the two and Paul Heyman for the other. Umaga has one of the two and AAA for the other. Nearly every member of the Heenan family had one of the two, and Bobby Heenan (funniest man ever) for the other. There can't be a shortage of managers out there. Billy Gunn (one of my all-time favorites) was one of the most entertaining in ring at selling taking a beating, even adding comedy to being beaten up (think Flair, Randy Orton). He possessed the looks, physique, and entertainment value to be a main eventer, plus the ladies loved Mr. *** (R.I.P. Rick Rude). Last but not least, The King of the Mountain Jeff Jarrett, need I say more (research WCW and TNA).

Some people may find this as a shock but I have always felt that the Undertaker was under utilized. Though he is a popular superstar that has been with he WWE since 1990 he has only been the World Champ on 4 occasions. Yes he had numerous tag titles. I think around 6 maybe, but for a company to have an employee for nearly 20 years and only award him the World Championship four times is a bit unfair when some who has only put in about a 1/4 of the work Undertaker has is awarded the belt quite often and is on his 3rd title reign. And yes I mean John Cena. He hasn't even been with the company 5 full years yet. So Undertaker is my choice.

Carlito, Jeff Hardy and Shelton Benjamin should all be main eventers by now. They are all great wrestlers. Val Venis and scotty 2 hotty are so underrated they were successful in the wwf attitude era but now they are jobbers. I can't even remember the last time I saw scotty. Matt Hardy, Gregory Helms and Jimmy Yang are also underrated. BENOIT is the main underrated wrestler. He should get another run as world champion. He may not have the charisma but he is a fantastic wrestler

Ultimo Dragon, the man is a legend and Vince jobbed him out of the WWE. Kazarian, Vince never put him on Smackdown and he got released because of it. Al Snow really should have gotten atleast one title run. Rico was stuck in a bad gimmick which left him stuck in the lower card. Farooq only had one real push, but he got squashed by the Undertaker. Finally there was Brian Pillman who never really did much at all.
