I like skirts with panty hose. I just think that a skirt over pants is too artsy. I don't like that look, makes me think that that is all they think about is fashion. Go with the panty hose instead.

I think its a good look generally, very cool. When I see a girl dressed like that I usually think artist.
fyi They don't wear a skirt over the pants to keep warm, it's just a fashion trend.

it depends on the skirt. i like it if the skirt is kinda short and has jagged edges. i like the Indian "sari" (i think that's what it's called) too which is kinda like a long dress over pants.

If the skirt is super short, and the pants are super tight, it's fine.
If the skirt is super long/baggy pants, it's dumb.

if u live in a very cold area,i guess its ok..buit i think it looks stupid .i rather see girls in panty hose..
