use a commercial oil hand cleaner you can get at an auto supply. be aware that it may not work. most oils and greases will never fully come out of any cloth material, unless it is specially cleaned. many uniform companies can remove oil and grease, even from cotton, but they use cleaners they get from commercial suppliers not available to the average consumer.
you might call a uniform company and see if they can recommend something, or even provide you with a small amount of the products they use, but they probably won't provide anything, though they may refer you to somewhere you can obtain it.

bleach doesn't work on oil/grease anyway.
Use OrangeClean. It will get off any greasy stain. Apply, let sit a minute or two, then wash as usual in the hottest water the fabric allows.
Dawn dish soap is also good.

I have found this wonderful product believe it or not in the Dollar General store! It is called Awesome. You spray it on, rub it in and wash it. It only costs one dollar and works on everything for me! Just remember to use COLD water!

Try OxyClean. Scrub it into the stain. And if that doesn't work try color safe bleach.
