I always like the scene in Joe Dirt where he throws firecrakers into a gas filled bucket containing nuclear bomb. Results funny

Not nuclear power specifically, but "Dr. Strangelove" comes to mind. Nothing beats Slim Pickens as Maj. "King" Kong riding an A-bomb to his doom while waving a cowboy hat and yelling "Hee haw!"

Team America is really funny. Although if you are American and Patriotic you might not find it too funny! It has loads of scenes like that and some really funny gags.
