i need specifically in nj and pa but there has got to be a nationwide system as i do know that all this information is publicly available, also if anyone can direct me to the liz pendens that would be great.

A great foreclosure listings site is http://www.foreclosure.com

They have everything you need when it comes to foreclosure investing. It is publicly available, however, the services make it much less of a hassle.

Check county auditor's web sites. Also, check Yahoo Real Estate. Click on Foreclosures and enter a zip code.

Talk to your local bank, as you also want to work on the property in the local area too.
