I am trying to lose weight. It has been fairly successful.
I track my weight weekly on a big wall calendar. I started walking and watch what I eat. My goal was to lose 3 lbs per week for the first month and then 2 lbs per week the following months. I am losing but not at that rate. All 3 weeks so far I have lost 2 lbs (not 3) so I am behind on what I wanted to accomplish in the first 3 months of the year but at least it's something.

My new years resolution was to not make one and since technically, that is a resolution, and technically I haven't given anything up or resigned to denying myself anything, then I guess I've done both.... made and broke my new year's resolution. I resolved to not make a resolution, thus actually making one.

quit smoking, i had 1 last week, but will be getting smashed at the weekend, and will almost definatly end up smoking
