Sounds to me like if your CD or DVD has errors, so when the system is trying to install, it finds those errors on the disk and it isn't copying the files it needs. From what I read on a messages thread somewhere else, it seems like that error has something to do with corrupted files and not being able to find them.

I hope this help.

Ok these type of errors are called " Stop Errors"
Most of the time when you get this sort of error its because you have either installed a new piece of hardware and the drivers are conflicting with the operating system.

Or you installed a New software onto your system and its not going with the Hardware for which its used.

* Added NOTE * Ok I did some searching on your stop error and this is what I came up with. I think you need to download the SPK 3 to fix this problem. Here is a link below that should help you out.

I hope I helped you fix your problem, If so leave an additional note so I will know.

Now Ill explain a tad bit better. When you update your Operating systems ( windows Version ) you will have certain hardware and Software that will need to be updated for the new Operating system. So inorder to update most of the time you need to download the latest correct Drivers for the Hardware you have installed on your system so it can opperate correctly on the new windows version.

I hope this helped you out.

Incompatable memory or graphics adapter are the most common causes.

Another common cause is a poorly copied pirated installation DVD.....
