the eyeliner that i use smudges when its on for about 1 hour, it gets under my eyes and looks like i can't apply make-up, help!

Ok the best one i have ever tried and now its the only one i buy is Channel's its expensive but it's worth it

I use Almay eyeliner. I also make sure I put mascara on because if I don't the eyeliner will smear. Also, it depends on your skin type. If you have oily skin, then will have trouble with eyeliners, maybe the liquid eyeliner would be best. Or maybe put concealer under your eye before applying the eyeliner to help it stick. Good luck.

Liquid eyeliners work best for all day stay and no smuding. I have used Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eyeliner for years and have NEVER had a problem with smuding, running, or wearing off. Getting a good neat line with liquid takes some practice, but it is well worth learning.

Man, I do not use eyeliner cause but, boy o boy, I would have thought that with all women have -- cosmetic stores, magazines, commercials, salons, gossiping -- that such an issue would have been solved a long time ago.
That's why life is easy for men. We just decide -- hey fellas -- let's wear ties when we want to be formal. That decison was made probably around the 1200 AD and it still stands. Man Law! Do it once, do it right.

Use a liquid eyeliner, they are the best. It can actually stay on for 2 days if you wanted.

I had the same problem and the only thing that worked for me was a Mary Kay eyeshadow Storm and a damp brush to apply with. It actually stays on all day. When I need a brown color, I use the double espresso (dk).

i had the same problem, get maybelline waterproof eyeliner, i get the normal kind then put waterproof liquid over it keeps it in place ALL DAY i never have to re apply!!!

go for the waterproof gel, either Stilla, Bobbi Brown or Mac. Stays on like concrete!

i had a problem like that then i went to a Macy's and tried on the samples and channel was the best one or if you don't want to do that just get Revlon its good to.
